I may post the artwork anywhere.

I cannot claim the IP and use it for commercial projects (eg. printing and selling shirts w/ your character on it, etc.), unless agreed upon.

I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion/portofolio.

I have the right to refuse your commission for whatever reason. A full refund will be issued if you have already paid. Please do not be upset if I refuse to do your commission.

You retain the rights to the IP.

You may post the artwork anywhere. Credit is not mandatory, but very appreciated.

You may not use it for commercial purposes, unless agreed upon.

For works where I include my signature, you may not remove my signature.

Usage for generative AI, whether as example or training material, is PROHIBITED. Failure to comply will result in blacklist.

Usage for NFT is PROHIBITED. Failure to comply will result in blacklist.

All payments are in USD.

All payments are done via Paypal invoices.

Partial payment is available for all orders above 100 USD. 50% of total price is paid after the sketch approval, and the rest after the commission has been finished.

Please pay the invoice within 48 hours, or your slot will be forfeited.

If you have paid, but I decide to cancel the commission for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your commission and request a refund, you will get a partial refund depending on how far I have worked on it. You will also get the WIP file(s). I am free to re-use the pose, and/or concept of the commission as YCH base(s).

I do not accept request for refund after the commission has been completed. If you file a chargeback/claim/dispute after the commission has been completed, I will write a beware and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.

Major revisions can be done during the rough sketch stage up to 2 (two) times. Additional fee applies when requesting another major revision depending on the complexity of the revision. Example of major revision: total pose change, perspective change, etc.

Minor revisions that involve nudging part(s) of the drawing, or slightly changing part(s) of the drawing can be done anytime up until the lining stage. After the lining stage, I will no longer accept revisions that would require me to heavily redo the lines.

If the mistake lies on my side, e.g. forgetting a marking, character detail(s), forgetting to color part(s) of character, etc., fixes can be done without additional fee.

Once the commission has been delivered to you, you have 24 hours (1 day) to review the finished piece. If you notice minor mistakes, e.g. wrong color(s), uncolored spots, etc., you can request them to be fixed with no additional charge.

English is not my first language, so please be patient when communicating with me.

You are welcome to ask for WIPs, but please do not ask for it every single day.

I save our conversations regarding commissions, to protect both me as the artist and you as the client. Your contact email, Paypal email, and any other private information will be kept discreet.

Please do not rush me. I have other work to do as I am not a full-time artist.

Completion time for every commission varies. I usually work on commissions in the order they are placed. If the commission is huge and taxing, I may juggle between commissions. I will not start working on a new commission batch until the previous batch has been completed.

My commissions are done digitally, and will be sent to you via email. As such, NO shipping is required.

Upon completion, you will receive the original resolution image, and a web-friendly version. The web-friendly version is roughly 30-50% smaller compared to the original file. The compression may varies depending on how large the original file is.
